Silver Sword Planting
Exact date is yet to be scheduled but coming up in November or December WT in partnership with the DLNR will be re-introducing ‘ahinahina AKA the
Haleakala Silversword.
The Silversword is an endangered species of plant found only here on the island of Maui in the Haleakala National Park.
We will be scheduling day trips to the higher elevations of Haleakala to plant these very rare and exotic plants soon.
